Sports Junior

The Future Stars Sports Junior program is offered to children ages 5-6. Campers will gather amongst peers, learning the basic skills of various sport activities. 

Youth Sports Programs in PA and NJ

Our Sports Junior program is designed to introduce junior campers to sports while developing fundamental skills. Sports are taught by enthusiastic counselors in a fun and exciting environment. Sports played during the summer may include:

  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Floor Hockey
  • Flag Football
  • Tennis
  • Team Handball
  • Volleyball and more

 

Sports Junior campers are grouped by age and will participate in our Swim Program daily.

Typical Sports Jr. Day

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Drop-Off

9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Camp Gathering

9:15 AM - 10:15 AM: Sports Activity #1

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: Daily Swim

10:45 AM - 11:30 AM: Sports Activity #2

11:30 AM - 12:10 PM PM: Lunch

12:10 PM - 12:55 PM: Sports Activity #3

12:55 PM - 1:40 PM: Game

1:40 PM - 2:00 PM: Snack

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Sports Activity #4

2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Camp Gathering

3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Pick-Up

*Extended hours are offered 7:00am-8:00am and 3:15pm-6:00pm. Morning ET is $3 per day. Afternoon ET is $6 per day until 4:30pm and $12 per day until 6:00pm. Campers are welcome to attend Extended Time any day they attend camp.

Our Sports Junior program introduces younger campers to a wide variety of sports while helping them develop fundamental skills in an exciting and engaging environment. It focuses on building coordination, motor skills, and self-confidence. Highly trained counselors encourage them to try new sports in a supportive, non-competitive setting with an emphasis on teamwork and having fun.
